Read game performance

Use the three views under Main to investigate performance at different levels. Each view is limited to the operators assigned to your account and requires analytics permission.

Analytics

The default dashboard. It reports current performance - betting volume, gross gaming revenue, active players, and the trends behind them. Filter by operator, game, date range, and currency to narrow the view. Your display currency and timezone are set once in preferences and apply to every figure.

Behavior

Breaks the totals down to the player level: how players play, which games they play, and how activity is distributed across your player base. Use it when a headline number changes and you need to identify which players account for it.

Reports

Generates a monthly performance report for a single operator. Select the operator and month, review the document, and download it as a PDF - for month-end reviews or to share outside the backoffice.

A metric that cannot be calculated for the current filter is shown as a dash.
