Leaderboard tournaments

Rank eligible players over a defined window and reward winning tiers.

A tournament ranks players during a defined time window using your chosen metric. When that window closes, the winning tiers receive free bets. Recurring tournaments reopen with a reset leaderboard.

How it works

While the window is open, every qualifying bet updates a player's score on the chosen metric, and they can see where they rank. When it closes, the ranking settles and each prize tier pays out as a free bet. On a recurring schedule, the next edition opens automatically.

Example

A weekend turnover race:

  • Metric total wagered, min wager 10.
  • Qualify: min total wager 500, so only players who really played are ranked.
  • Prizes: rank 1 a 200 ETB free bet, ranks 2-3 a 100 ETB free bet, ranks 4-10 a 25 ETB free bet.
  • Schedule: recurring, weekly, a 48-hour window from Saturday 00:00.

Scoring

The Scoring step decides how players are ranked and which bets count.

FieldWhat it controls
MetricHow score is measured: total wagered (turnover), sum of winning multipliers, or highest single multiplier.
TiebreakerHow ties are broken.
Min wager / betThe smallest cash stake a bet must have to count toward score.
Min cashout multiplierOptional. Only count bets that cashed out at or above this multiplier.
Qualify: min total wagerOptional. A player must wager at least this much over the window to be ranked.
Qualify: min betsOptional. A player must place at least this many qualifying bets to be ranked.

Tiebreaker is not enforced yet

You can set a tiebreaker, but it is not yet applied at settlement - the field is captured for a future release. Do not rely on it to separate two players on the same score.

Prizes

The Prizes step is a ladder of rank tiers. Each covers an inclusive rank band and pays a free bet.

FieldWhat it controls
Rank from / Rank toThe inclusive rank band this tier pays (e.g. 1-1 for first place, 2-5 for the next four).
RewardThe free bet each player in the band wins - see Free Bets & Payouts.

Add as many tiers as you need. A common shape is a large first prize, a smaller second and third, then a flat band for ranks 4-10.

Schedule

  • One-shot - a single window with an explicit Start and End.
  • Recurring - a repeating window: choose the Repeat (daily, weekly, or a custom period in hours), the window duration, the start time of day, and the timezone. A new edition opens each period.

Notes

  • Only real cash bets count. Free-bet and demo bets never move a player up the board.
  • Prizes are paid at settlement, once the window closes - not live during the race.
  • Every prize is a free bet; there is no cash payout.

The operator, currency, name, and enabling a campaign work the same for every product - see Building a Campaign.
