Choose a reward format

Compare campaign formats before configuring your player rewards.

Choose a campaign format around the player activity you want to reward. The backoffice lets you configure these products for the operators assigned to your account.

There are five products, each suited to a different objective.

Choosing a product

What every campaign shares

The mechanics differ, but every campaign is built from the same envelope:

SettingMeaning
OperatorWhich of your operators the campaign runs for. Filled in automatically if you have only one.
CurrencyThe denomination for every prize and stake in the campaign, drawn from the operator's live games.
Counted gamesWhich games count toward the campaign. Empty means all eligible games.
ScheduleWhen the campaign runs. The shape differs by product; see each product's page.
EnabledWhether the campaign is live. Create it disabled to stage it, then enable it when ready.

Every product pays a free bet

Every engagement reward is a free bet: a stake funded on the player's behalf. There is no cash prize option.

Because the reward is always a free bet, engagement requires no additional wallet integration. A won free bet settles through the same FREE_BET_CLAIM deposit used for any free-bet grant. The reward fields - amount, count, expiry, minimum odds - are documented in Free Bets & Payouts.

What counts as a bet

Campaigns count only real cash bets - a player's own money placed as a normal wager.

  • Demo (sim) bets do not count.
  • Free-bet bets do not count, so a player cannot use granted free bets to climb a tournament or contribute to a jackpot.
  • Each product has a minimum wager, so bets below it do not qualify.

How changes take effect

A campaign is configuration, not a deployment. When you create or edit one, it reaches the live game runtime automatically, normally within a minute and without a restart. Disabling a campaign stops it counting and firing on the same short delay.

You can therefore stage a campaign while disabled, review it, and enable it when ready, and pause a running campaign at any time.

Where you build them

Campaigns live in the Engagement workspace: a list of your campaigns on the left, and the selected campaign's performance on the right. You create a campaign through a step-by-step wizard and edit a live one in place.

Any backoffice member with the engagement permission manages campaigns for their own operators. See Building a Campaign for the full workflow and Roles & Permissions for access.
