Configure a campaign
Work through the shared campaign setup and management flow.
The Engagement workspace uses a shared wizard for campaign setup. Learn the common steps here, then refer to the selected reward format for its specific controls.
The workspace
Open Engagement in the sidebar. The screen has two parts: a rail on the left listing every campaign in your scope, and a panel on the right showing the selected campaign's performance.
From the rail you can:
- Search by name, and filter by operator, game, or type.
- Each row shows a kind icon, the campaign name, a status dot, and its claim count.
- Show ended reveals campaigns whose window has closed; they are hidden by default.
- A row's actions menu lets you Clone a campaign into a new draft.
Creating a campaign
Choose New campaign to open the wizard. It is the same six steps for every product; only the two middle steps change with the type.
Type
Pick one of the five products - Tournament, Streak, Mission, Rain, or Jackpot. Each option describes what it does. Your choice sets the two configuration steps later in the wizard.
Basics
Set the operator, currency, and a name. Currency and the operator are drawn from your live games, so a single-operator, single-currency setup fills these in for you.
Then choose the counted games - which games this campaign applies to. Leave it empty to count all eligible games.
No eligible games?
If the operator has no live game that supports the type you picked, the wizard tells you so. A game instance has to exist first; it is part of your game setup, not something you create here.
Schedule
Set when the campaign runs. The controls depend on the type:
- Tournaments and missions run on a one-shot window or a recurring cadence (daily, weekly, or custom), with a window duration, start time, and timezone.
- Streaks and jackpots run continuously from a start date - one never-closing edition.
- Rain runs on a daily window with a start date, an optional end date, drops per day, and the window hours in UTC.
Each product's page documents its schedule in full.
Configure the product (two steps)
The two middle steps are specific to the type you picked - scoring and prizes for a tournament, drops and guards for rain, objectives and rewards for a mission, and so on. Each product's page documents these fields in full. Rewards are always free bets; see Free Bets & Payouts.
Review
The last step summarizes the campaign. The Enabled toggle decides whether it goes live immediately: leave it on to start now, or turn it off to save the campaign and switch it on later. Choose Create campaign to save.
Editing a live campaign
Select a campaign in the rail and edit it in place. Targeting (currency and counted games) and the schedule are staged as you change them and saved with an explicit Save, so an in-progress edit never goes live half-finished. For rain, the daily window is a band you drag directly over a strip of player activity - line it up with when your players are online.
Cloning
To reuse a campaign's shape, choose Clone from its actions menu. It opens the wizard pre-filled with the source's settings as a new draft - change what you need and create it.
Pausing a campaign
To stop a campaign, switch its Enabled toggle off. It stops counting and stops firing within about a minute, and you can switch it back on the same way.
Archiving is coming
Permanently archiving a campaign is not available yet - the action is marked "soon". For now, disable a campaign to take it out of play.
