Set up team access

Choose role presets and adjust each member’s permissions.

Each backoffice member has an individual permission set. Start from a role preset, then adjust access for the work that person needs to do.

Roles

A role is a bundle of permissions. Assign the one closest to a person's responsibilities; you can adjust individual permissions afterward.

RoleFor
AdminFull access across everything your organization can hold.
ManagerRuns campaigns and live rooms, views billing and analytics, manages the team.
Engagement managerBuilds and runs engagement campaigns; views rooms and analytics.
Live hostRuns live rooms (chat, rain); views engagement and analytics.
Team managerManages the team's members and access.
ViewerRead-only across the day-to-day areas.
GuestAnalytics only.

How permissions work

Each area of the backoffice has a View permission and, where it applies, an Edit permission:

  • View lets a member open the area and read it.
  • Edit lets them change things. Granting edit implies view; removing view removes edit.

When you create or edit a member, you can start from a role and then set individual View / Edit boxes per area under Customize permissions. The stored permission set is what applies; the role only seeds it.

What your team can and cannot hold

Some areas are managed for you and are not editable from the operator backoffice. They appear as Platform only in the permission editor and stay disabled:

  • The game catalog
  • Game instances and RTP
  • Operators and client accounts
  • Invoice creation (your team can view billing, but not generate invoices)

Everything else - analytics, engagement, live rooms, billing view, and team management - is yours to grant within your own team.

Managing your team

Members live under Admins in the sidebar. You need the team-edit permission to make changes.

Create a member

Choose Create admin, enter their name and email, pick the organization, and choose a role (or a custom permission set). They receive a password setup link by email.

Adjust access

Open a member's actions and choose Edit access to change their role or individual permissions. Changes take effect on their next load, within a minute.

Remove a member

Delete user removes the account and its access. You confirm by typing the member's email. You cannot delete your own account.
