03 / Operations

Find your workspace

Sign in and navigate the areas available to your account.

Your backoffice brings game operations, campaigns and reports into one workspace. Begin by signing in and checking which areas your account can access.

Signing in

You sign in with your email and password at your backoffice URL.

Your account is provisioned for you. The first time, you receive a password setup link by email - follow it to set your own password, then sign in normally. If you ever forget it, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a fresh link.

Accounts are created for you

You do not self-register. Your account is created for you - during onboarding, or by an admin on your team with permission to manage members - and your access is set at the same time.

Finding your way

The left sidebar groups everything into three areas. You only see the items your permissions grant, so your sidebar may be shorter than what is listed here.

GroupItems
MainAnalytics, Behavior, Reports - how your games are performing.
OperationsEngagement, Live Rooms, Billing - the day-to-day running of your games.
AdminAdmins - your team and their access.

What you manage here

Most of the day-to-day is yours to operate from the backoffice. A few things are set up for you and are not editable here.

Create and run engagement campaignsGames onboarded to the catalog
Host live rooms and drop rainGame instances and RTP
Read your analytics and reportsInvoice creation

Manage your own team's access

If you need one of the set-up items changed - a new game enabled, an RTP change, a new instance - that is arranged as part of your setup, not a backoffice setting.

Everything is scoped to you

Whatever your role, you only ever see your own operators' data. Analytics, campaigns, rooms, and invoices are all filtered to the operators your account is attached to. A member on another operator's team cannot see yours, and you cannot see theirs.
